Terms & Conditions Details
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CleanFixers website, services, booking tools, communications, and related interactions with CleanFixers (“CleanFixers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, requesting information, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
1. USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others, disrupt the website, or interfere with our business operations.
You may not:
– Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
– Interfere with the functionality or security of the website
– Copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
– Submit false, incomplete, or misleading booking or contact information
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we believe misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risk exists.
2. SERVICES AND SERVICE AREA
CleanFixers provides residential cleaning-related services, subject to availability, staffing, scheduling, location, scope, and operational approval.
Service availability may vary based on:
– Location
– Home condition
– Requested service type
– Requested date and time
– Staffing capacity
– Safety considerations
– Access conditions
– Operational limitations
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, limit, or cancel a booking request if a service request falls outside our service area, scope, standards, safety requirements, or operational capacity.
3. BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
Booking requests submitted through our website, booking tools, forms, or communication channels are subject to review and acceptance.
A requested booking is not final until it is confirmed by our system or by CleanFixers.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including:
– Name
– Contact information
– Service address
– Requested service type
– Home size or relevant home details
– Selected add-ons, if applicable
– Access instructions where needed
– Any conditions that may affect service scope, timing, safety, or pricing
If the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or materially misleading, we may reschedule, modify, decline, or cancel the appointment.
4. PRICING, ESTIMATES, AND BOOKING SUMMARIES
Pricing shown on the website, in booking flows, booking summaries, messages, or estimates is based on the selected service, home size, selected add-ons, and information provided at the time of inquiry or booking.
Booking summaries may show:
– Service price
– Selected add-ons
– Estimated total
– Service details or checklist information
An estimated total is not an unlimited fixed-price promise. Final pricing may be adjusted when reasonably necessary due to factors such as:
– Incorrect home size or condition
– Inaccurate service selection
– Excessive buildup, soil level, clutter, or conditions beyond normal expectations
– Additional time or labor required
– Add-ons requested or changed
– Changes in scope
– Access delays or service complications
– Applicable taxes, fees, or lawful charges
We aim to communicate pricing adjustments clearly when identified. We reserve the right to decline service if the actual conditions materially differ from the original booking information and no agreement on updated scope or pricing is reached.
5. TAXES AND APPLICABLE CHARGES
Prices shown on the website or during booking may not include all applicable taxes unless expressly stated.
Applicable sales tax, use tax, local tax, government charges, or other lawful charges may be added where required by law.
You are responsible for paying the service price, selected add-ons, applicable taxes, approved adjustments, and any lawful charges associated with the booked service.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
CleanFixers is currently accepting payment by cash or check unless another payment method is approved by CleanFixers.
Payment is generally due at the time of service completion unless a different arrangement is approved by CleanFixers in advance.
Card payments, online checkout, preauthorization, card-on-file requirements, or third-party payment processing may be added in the future as CleanFixers updates its booking and payment systems.
Depending on our payment configuration at the time of booking or service, we may:
– Collect payment after service completion
– Accept approved cash or check payments
– Require payment before, during, or after service
– Provide payment instructions by email, message, invoice, or confirmation
– Charge approved add-ons, applicable fees, taxes, or authorized adjustments
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed without valid basis, a check is returned, or payment cannot be completed, we may suspend future service, seek updated payment, recover amounts due, or take other lawful steps to collect payment.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND ACCESS
Clients may cancel or reschedule at no charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, late changes, lockouts, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to applicable fees or charges if disclosed during booking, confirmation, or service communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that our team can access the property at the scheduled time, including any necessary:
– Gate codes
– Door codes
– Lockbox instructions
– Alarm instructions
– Parking or entry instructions
– Pet instructions
– Access restrictions or special entry details
If access is not available, delayed, unsafe, or materially restricted, we may shorten, reschedule, cancel, or treat the appointment as a missed visit, and applicable charges may apply where permitted and disclosed.
8. HOME CONDITIONS, SAFETY, AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to maintain a reasonably safe environment for service.
You are responsible for informing us in advance of relevant conditions, including but not limited to:
– Pets
– Biohazards
– Mold concerns
– Pest infestations
– Bodily fluids
– Sharp objects
– Unstable surfaces
– Construction dust or active renovation conditions
– Broken fixtures or hazardous conditions
– Security or access restrictions
– Sensitive materials or delicate surfaces
– Areas that should not be cleaned or entered
We may decline, stop, limit, or reschedule service if we determine that conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal residential cleaning scope, potentially harmful, or outside the scope of the booked service.
9. SERVICE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
Service descriptions on the website are general summaries and do not create an unlimited obligation. Actual service scope depends on the booked service, time allocated, property condition, selected add-ons, and operational judgment.
CleanFixers services are designed for residential cleaning within the stated service scope. Unless expressly included, our services generally do not include:
– Hoarding cleanup
– Biohazard remediation
– Crime scene cleanup
– Mold remediation
– Pest control
– Exterior window cleaning
– Heavy lifting
– Moving large furniture
– Cleaning in unsafe or inaccessible areas
– Specialized restoration work
– Delicate garment care
– Laundry beyond the stated add-on scope
– High-reach work requiring unsafe access
– Cleaning of hazardous materials
– Any task requiring professional licensing outside our service category
Certain services or add-ons may include specific limits, minimums, exclusions, or conditions that are stated on the website, during booking, or in service communications.
10. ADD-ONS AND SERVICE-SPECIFIC LIMITS
Add-ons are not stand-alone services unless CleanFixers expressly approves otherwise.
Available add-ons may vary by service type, home condition, booking configuration, staffing, timing, and operational capacity.
Selected add-ons are subject to reasonable service limits. Examples may include:
– Laundry limited to the stated number of loads
– Interior windows limited to reachable interior glass only
– Cabinets cleaned only when empty or reasonably accessible
– Pet hair detail limited by surface condition and reasonable service scope
– Garage, porch, patio, or similar add-ons limited to dry sweeping or stated scope unless otherwise specified
If an add-on requires more time, labor, or scope than reasonably expected, CleanFixers may adjust the service, recommend a different scope, request approval for additional charges, or decline that portion of the work.
11. PRODUCTS, SURFACES, AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
CleanFixers aims to use methods and products appropriate for residential cleaning. However, some surfaces, finishes, materials, and conditions may carry inherent risk.
Clients are responsible for informing us of:
– Delicate materials
– Specialty surfaces
– Natural stone sensitivity
– Finish damage
– Prior damage
– Manufacturer restrictions
– Areas requiring special instructions
– Items that should not be moved, cleaned, touched, or treated
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, manufacturer defects, normal wear, unstable items, hidden defects, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
If stronger professional-grade products are reasonably needed for buildup, grease, mineral deposits, or similar conditions, their use may occur as part of service delivery where appropriate.
12. SATISFACTION CONCERNS
If you believe there is a service issue, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the service.
We may, at our discretion, review the concern and decide whether a corrective response, touch-up, partial adjustment, or other resolution is appropriate based on the circumstances.
A complaint does not automatically entitle a client to a refund, free service, payment refusal, or charge reversal.
13. COMMUNICATIONS, SMS, AND EMAIL
By contacting us or providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, which may include:
– Booking confirmations
– Appointment reminders

You may opt out of promotional communications as described in the message or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send non-marketing service communications related to your booking, account, service, payment, safety, or customer support.

We may use current or future technologies such as:
– AI-assisted phone answering
– AI-supported lead intake

Calls, messages, or communications may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed by human or automated systems for scheduling, quality assurance, training, documentation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, customer service, and operational improvement, subject to applicable law.
Where required by law, additional notice or consent may be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from services or website use shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
