An estimated total is not an unlimited fixed-price promise. Final pricing may change when reasonably necessary due to incorrect information, changed scope, additional add-ons, excessive buildup, access issues, safety concerns, taxes, applicable charges, or conditions that materially differ from the original booking information.

Add-ons are not stand-alone services unless CleanFixers expressly approves otherwise.

CleanFixers is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, prior damage, improper installation, unstable items, worn materials, defective finishes, manufacturer defects, or deterioration that becomes visible during or after cleaning.

Certain surfaces and materials may carry inherent risk, including but not limited to:
